When does preparation begin?+

Standard orders enter preparation after verification. Priority and Midnight Express orders begin as soon as a qualified specialist accepts the assignment.

Can I change recipient details?+

Yes, until ritual preparation begins. After that point, contact Astral Support immediately so the assignment can be safely stopped and reviewed.

What happens if the recipient is not home?+

SpiritFlow™ waits for the next verified safe window. Your tracking page will show the delay and revised manifestation estimate.

Can I cancel an order?+

Cancellation is free before preparation begins. Prepared rituals may require a RM6.66 containment and restocking fee.

What if the outcome is incorrect?+

Open a case within 14 lunar cycles. We will investigate the route, specialist record, and manifestation data before arranging remediation.
